Anchorage One, Salford Quays

Anchorage One included the conversion of open plan floor plates into CAT A+ spaces for incoming tenants. Floor plates were designed to a high specification and included new floor coverings, adaptations to the M&S services, meeting rooms and kitchens.

Isolated areas required the removal of former tenant’s fit-outs and dilapidations claims were prepared alongside before works commenced and, where possible, the cost of works was recovered as part of the landlord’s CAT A scheme.
